“The color is given in hexidecimal. This means a letter F stands for the value 15 (including 0 as number), FF for 255 which is the highest value for a single color. Single colors are red, yellow, blue. So this means when you have #F5F2F9 red is F5, yellow is F2 and blue is F9, what means in a total value of 245 for red, 242 for yellow and 249 for blue. Another way to write this in css would be rgb(245, 242, 249). And #FFF is the short version when both characters for a color matching. So you can make #FFAAEE to #FAE but cannot short #AEFA92. Hex means a value from 0 to F which are 16 (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F). There are calculators around to do this, but even better: "PICK A COMPLETE HEX VALUE FROM THE WEB!"”

“I can't figure out how to change the color of the text though. I know you change the "color:#FFF" part to something different, but how are you supposed to change it? Let's say you want to change it to red, what are you supposed to put? At first I just put random letters, like #GGG and #EEE. Hopefully I don't sound like an idiot. Also, when I went back to my "Edit custom html" on my special someone, I couldn't see the text. So, I'm pasting the code onto my special someone html, and naturally I saved it to see what it looked like. I look to find the text WHITE. I go back to my html, and the text on my html is WHITE! As you know, the background for the html is white, so i could see a single code that i had pasted in my special someone html! I'm not trying to sound mean here, I just want to know how to change my color, please! Other than that, good code! The dark gray text is hard to read sometimes! ^_^
