This code makes all your panels opacity to 60. But you can change the opacity: filter:alpha(opacity=# of Strenght)
Also when the mose hover over each panel it gives it a little glow. Well hope you enjoy.

» No, but you can use a transparent PNG and set the opacity to a value that u want it to have (like 50% tranparency). And use the background color 'transparent' to make it semiopque. «

» It dont work because in the code where you c all the panel names the wishlist 1 is missin the # sign, so find the wishlist name in the part of the code where it has ex: #aboutme_panel and put the # infront of the word wihslist, so u should have this: #wishlist_panel «
