Autoscroll Message Panel

Added by productions This code makes the message panel autoscrolling. This means it will slide down to the next message after a while and continues this behaviour until end of messages is reached.

To adjust the delay between the scrollings change the number 20 in the line "var scrollTimer = 20;" to a number of seconds you like.
